Oxfam volunteer recruitment campaign 2023
On the back of the success of the previous years campaign, the team wanted a new visual style and set of materials to help recruit new Oxfam shop volunteers.
The style for this year was influenced by unity, and the important role that volunteers play in keeping Oxfam running. Like a patchwork quilt, different types of people come together with their own unique set of skills to create real impact, and the materials were designed with this influence in mind.
